Anthony C. MoscatoAnthony C. Moscato was appointed to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for a two-year term in February 2011 and reappointed for an additional two-year term in January 2013 by Senator Joseph Scarnati, President Pro Tempore of the Pennsylvania Senate. Mr. Moscato is a resident of Cameron County where he previously served in public office as a County Commissioner for 16 years. Just prior to joining the Board, he served as Special Assistant to the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania, and was the outreach coordinator for the Keystone Rural Health Consortia, Inc. Moscato has also served as an investment executive for Parker/Hunter. In other activities, he has served as a member of the Nature Tourism Task Force; President of the Cameron County Community chest; Chairman and State Committeeman for the Cameron County Republican Committee; President of the Cameron County Public Library Board of Trustees; Member of the Citizen’s Trust Company Emporium Advisory Board; Treasurer for the Cameron County Multiple Sclerosis Club; Chairman of the Cameron, Elk Mental Health/Mental Retardation Joinder; Chairman of the North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission; Vice-President of the Northern Tier Community Action Corporation Board; Member of the Emporium Rotary Club, and Past Member of the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital Emporium Advisory Board. Moscato is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
