Linda S. Lloyd

Director of Hearings and Appeals

Linda S. Lloyd was appointed the Director of Hearings and Appeals in July, 2007 after a year as an Assistant Chief Counsel in the PGCB’s Office of Chief Counsel. Before joining the Gaming Board, Ms. Lloyd was a Senior Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Section for six years. Previously she served as law clerk with the Honorable Jim Flaherty of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and as Assistant Counsel to the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. Ms. Lloyd received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Juniata College.
