Table Games Rules Submission Request Forms

Prior to commencement of table games operations, a certificate holder must submit and obtain approval of a Table Games Rules Submission, which specifies options for table games play, including optional payout tables. The following forms have been developed for each table game permitted under the Board’s temporary regulations.

Completed forms must be submitted via the internal controls & table games submission form.
