Heather has been the Director of Gaming Laboratory Operations for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board since December of 2016. In this position, Heather is responsible for overseeing the evaluation, performance and integrity of slot machines, table games, video gaming terminals (“VGT”), interactive gaming, sports betting, associated equipment, and related gaming technology.

All casino and truck stop products are thoroughly tested in GLO’s 5,100 square foot lab to certify regulatory and statutory compliance.

Heather was employed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in February of 2006 as a Manager within the Gaming Lab and prior to that, worked for the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in the Technical Services Bureau as an Engineer.

Heather obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Programming from Rowan University and is a 2010 graduate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Leadership Development Institute.
