In Fiscal Year 23/24, legalized gambling in Pennsylvania generated, for the first time since its launch in 2006, over $2.54 billion annually in tax revenue. That money is returned to Commonwealth citizens in a number of ways. These include school property tax reduction for all homeowners; valuable revenue to our agricultural community through support of horse racing; grants to improve communities; bolstering of economic development projects; supporting thousands of living wage jobs; and contributions to many charities. Charitable Giving - Community Outreach

Casino operators have consistently given charitable dollars to a myriad of causes. These include public safety organizations near the casino, scholarships, support of service groups and their fundraising events, parks and recreation upgrades and help for the needy.
