Casino Compliance Representative 

Monitor and report on compliance activities in land-based casinos, interactive gaming, and sports wagering. Positions are available across a variety of shifts and located within one of the land-based casinos across the state. Requires an associate’s degree or two years equivalent experience and training.

Investigator

Investigate and report on the background of individuals and entities to be licensed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB or Board), as well as investigate possible violations of regulations and internal controls by gaming entities and patrons. Positions are located in Harrisburg, Northeast PA, Western and Southeast PA. Requires an associate’s degree and two years’ experience or bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Licensing Analyst and Technician

Review and cure applications for licensure of individuals and entities seeking to be licensed by the Board as well as issues credentials to individuals approved for employment with the gaming industry. Positions are located in Harrisburg. Degree requirements vary by position ranging from a high school diploma or its equivalency to a bachelor’s degree

Compliance Examiners

Review internal control submissions by gaming entities to ensure adherence to regulations. Positions are located in Harrisburg. Requires an associate’s degree.

Auditors

Audit gaming entities for adherence to Board approved internal controls and prepare findings. Positions are located in Harrisburg. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Forensic Accountants

Analyze corporate, partnership, limited liability company, and other business entity documents that establish the operating requirements of such entities; complex financial debt documents; and other financial-related contracts and agreements. Positions are located in Harrisburg. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Administrative Support Staff

Provide support to the agency in the areas of information technology, human resources, budget, and clerical work. Positions are located in Harrisburg. Educational requirements vary by position ranging from a high school diploma or its equivalency to a bachelor’s degree.

Attorneys

Office of Enforcement Counsel Attorneys prepares matters under investigation or related to licensing for consideration and action by the Board. Office of Chief Counsel Attorneys review licensing matters, draft regulations, and represent the Board in a variety of administrative matters. Positions are located in Harrisburg. Requires Juris Doctorate and admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania

Statisticians and Electronic Engineers

Perform testing and verification of gaming equipment and platforms to ensure appropriate operations, odds, and pay outs. Positions are located in Harrisburg. Requires a bachelor’s degree in related field.
