L.P., Washington Trotting Association, LLC, SugarHouse HSP Gaming, LP, Stadium Casino Westmoreland RE, LLC, Stadium Casino RE, LLC, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, Rivers Casino Philadelphia, Parx Casino, Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, Mount Air Casino Resort, Mount Airy #1, LLC, Mohegan Suno Pocono, Live! Casino Pittsburgh, Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia, Lady Luck Casino, Hollywood Casino York, Hollywood Casino Morgantown, Hollywood Casino at the Meadows, Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, Harrah's Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack, GW Cumberland OP Co., Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc., Downs Racing, L.P., Presque Isle Downs & Casino, and/or Valley Forge Casino.
