3. Month and year
4. Total handle
5. Gross sports wagering revenue (pre-deduction)
6. Promotional credits, free bets, and other deductions applied to compute taxable revenue (broken out by deduction type if maintained that way)
7. Taxable sports wagering revenue
8. State tax remitted (36%)
9. Retail / mobile / interactive split where reported separately
