Copies of any final PGCB enforcement actions, adjudications, orders, consent agreements, disciplinary actions, or final determinations involving WSOP Pennsylvania online poker and any of the following conduct: Poker bots or automated poker-playing software; Real-time assistance (RTA); Player collusion; Chip dumping; Multi-accounting or prohibited account sharing; or Coordinated play between poker players or accounts.
2. Existing Aggregate Records
Copies of any existing PGCB report, summary, spreadsheet, or statistical record that states the number of WSOP Pennsylvania poker accounts that were confirmed or determined to have engaged in one or more of the forms of conduct listed above.
