Diversity
Are small companies with two to four employees required to provide the PGCB with a diversity plan?

Yes, in order to become a PGCB certified vendor the company must have a diversity plan. The PGCB?s diversity officer will assist any vendor with questions regarding the preparation of a diversity plan that fully satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 1212 of Act 71.
