Access was requested to all records in the possession or control of the PGCB relating to a casino's practice of evicting and, later, excluding a customer who is neither on the voluntary or involuntary exclusion list and the "hands-off" practice of the PGCB upon receipt of a customer complaint. The request included all responsive records in whatever form they exist. It included but was not limited to paper records, emails, text messages internal to the PGCB or between the PGCB and complaining customers or casinos. This request included but was not limited to documents which reflect the basis upon which the PGCB adopted any and all policies or procedures relating to the casino right to exclude a customer on the basis.
