Verify an individual was a licensee with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in any capacity, including: The type of application/license; date of application; the date of licensure (assuming application was approved by the Board);license status;date of license expiration (if applicable);all locations/establishments with which these licensees/applicants were affiliated; and any documents pertaining to disciplinary actions involving the licensees/applicants. Aalso it was requested that the Board provide any other publicly available information or records about these applicants/licensees.
