1. All applications (including corresponding exhibits and attachments) filed by individuals (or companies, groups, entities, etc.) for a sport wagering operator license in the state of PA; 2. All applications (including corresponding exhibits and attachments) filed by individuals (or companies, groups, entities, etc.) for a mobile sport wagering operator license in the state of PA; 3. All forms proscribed by the Board, containing information related to both the sports wagering operator license application process and the mobile sports wagering operator license process; and 4. All Board documents related to the approval/rejection of applications filed for either a sports wagering operator license or a mobile sports wagering operator license in the state of PA (including but not limited to application requirements, judging criteria, decisions made, etc.)
