Any and all documents filed by Fox Sports, Fox News Media, Fox Entertainment, Fox Corporation or any of its key management/affiliates for the purpose of obtaining a gaming license for gaming and non-gaming employees, gaming and non-gaming service provider, all of the applications found within sports wagering licensing applications including but not limited to the following forms: Multi-Jurisdictional Personal History Disclosure Form; The Principal / Key Employee Form - Pennsylvania Supplement to the Multi-Jurisdictional Personal History Disclosure Form; Slot Machine Operator, Management Company and Affiliate Application and Disclosure (Initial and/or Renewal); The Principal Entity Form from the period of January 1, 2022 through July 17, 2025
