All public records held by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) created or received between May 28, 2019, and the present date pertaining to patron complaints filed in relation to iGaming. This request specifically includes, but is not limited to:
Initial Filings: All documents, evidence, or correspondence submitted to the PGCB by the complaining patron.
Operator Responses: All documents and rebuttals submitted by the involved casinos/iGaming operators in response to the complaints.
Investigatory Communications: All records of communication between the PGCB, the patron, and the casino conducted during the investigation process.
Final Determinations: All documented results, conclusions, decisions, rulings, outcomes, awards, restitution orders, or liability determinations issued by the PGCB upon closing the investigation.
