1. Primary request (operator-level sports wagering data). For each month from January 2022 through December 2025, the sports wagering figures reported to the Board at the level of the individual sports wagering operator / interactive skin (for example, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and other platform providers), as distinct from the certificate-holder (casino) totals published in the Board’s monthly press releases. For each operator/skin and month, I request: total handle (amount wagered); online (internet) sports wagering gross revenue; retail sports wagering gross revenue; and any promotional credit amounts deducted, as reported by or on behalf of the licensed gaming entities to the Board. To the extent these figures are maintained in a database or spreadsheet, I request them in their existing electronic format

2. Bet counts and finest available time granularity (sports). For the same period and, where available, at the same operator/skin level, I request the number of wagers (bet count) placed, and any sports wagering handle and revenue figures the Board maintains at a daily (rather than monthly) level. If bet counts or daily figures are maintained only at the certificate-holder (casino) level rather than by operator, I request them at whatever level the Board holds them. I am requesting only aggregate figures already reported to the Board; I am not requesting any individual, account-level, or personally identifying information.

3. Operator-level interactive gaming (iGaming / online casino) data. For each month from January2022 through December 2025, the interactive gaming (online casino) figures reported to the Board at the level of the individual interactive gaming operator / skin, broken out by game category (interactive slots, interactive table games, and interactive poker) where the Board maintains that breakdown. For each operator/skin and month, I request: gross gaming revenue; the total amount wagered (also called coin-in or handle), if the Board maintains this figure; any promotional credit amounts deducted; and, as in item 2, the number of wagers (bet count) and any daily-level figures, if maintained. To the extent these figures are maintained in a database or spreadsheet, I request them in their existing electronic format (Excel or CSV). I am requesting only aggregate figures already reported to the Board, not any individual or account-level information.

4. Sports wagering broken out by sport or event type. For each month from January 2022 through December 2025, to the extent the Board maintains sports wagering data broken out by sport, league, or event type (for example, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football, college basketball, soccer, parlays, and other categories), I request that breakdown, including any of the following the Board holds at that level: the amount wagered (handle) by sport/category; gross gaming revenue by sport/category; and the number of wagers (bet count) by sport/category. If the Board does not maintain a by-sport breakdown, please so state. I request these figures in their existing electronic format (Excel or CSV) and am seeking only aggregate figures already reported to the Board.

5. Sports wagering broken out by bettor location (county). For each month from January 2022 through December 2025, to the extent the Board maintains or receives sports wagering data broken out by the geographic location of the wager within Pennsylvania (for example, by county), I request that breakdown, including any of the following the Board holds at that level: the amount wagered (handle) by county; gross gaming revenue by county; and the number of wagers (bet count) by county. I understand that online operators capture bettor location for geofencing purposes; I am requesting only any aggregate, geographically summarized figures the Board itself maintains, and no individual, account-level, or personally identifying location information. If the Board does not maintain a geographic or county-level breakdown, please so state.

6. Alternative request, if items 1 or 3 are deemed exempt. If the operator-level figures in items 1 or 3 are withheld as confidential proprietary information, I alternatively request: (a) any record showing which sports wagering and interactive gaming operators / skins are authorized under each certificate holder (casino), i.e., the current mapping of licensed casinos to their associated online brands, with effective dates; and (b) the monthly retail-versus-online sports wagering revenue split by certificate holder for January 2022 through December 2025, to the extent not already in the published monthly reports. Per Section 706, I request that the Board redact any exempt information and release the remainder rather than withholding entire records.
