Any documents identifying the required locations of those signs within the casino, including but not limited to entrances, exits, ATMs, cashier areas, Players Club, gaming floor, restaurants, bars, or other public areas.
Any inspection reports, compliance reviews, checklists, photographs, or correspondence created since January 1, 2026, concerning the installation, inspection, approval, replacement, or compliance of responsible gambling signage at Happy Valley Casino.
