1. All records evidencing the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s (“PGCB”) decision not to pursue an audit, investigation, or disciplinary action of any of the following entities: Swift Vending, LLC; Soft Boat, LLC; Techno Snap, LLC; See Squad, LLC; SkillPA Group, LLC; Promo Builder, LLC; or Alpha Vending, LLC (collectively, the “Vending Entities”).
