Casino Philadelphia on or around February 9, 2025. 2. All correspondence between PGCB staff and representatives of Live! Casino Philadelphia related to the aforementioned incident. 3. Any documents, notes, or internal emails indicating the status, review, or disposition of the complaint I submitted on February 22, 2025, I also resubmitted again tonight. 4. Any standard operating procedures, guidelines, or complaint processing timelines for patron complaints submitted to PGCB.
