1. Any and all complaints, investigation notes, emails, or written communication referencing or submitted by Marques Reavesto the PGCB, particularly regarding an incident at Live! Casino Philadelphia on or around February 9, 2025.
2. All correspondence between PGCB staff and representatives of Live! Casino Philadelphia related to the aforementioned incident.
3. Any documents, notes, or internal emails indicating the status, review, or disposition of the complaint I submitted on February 22, 2025, I also resubmitted again tonight.
#1. All of the Gaming Control Board’s (“GCB”) studies measuring the economic impact of “skill games” on the Pennsylvania gaming industry.
Right to #2 The GCB’s responses to the most recent Audit by the Auditor General’s Office of the Gaming Control Board, and the steps that the Gaming Control Board took to comply with the recommendations contained in the Audit.
#3. The reporting documentation the Gaming Control Board requires licensees to file for the abandonment of children at casinos, racinos, and licensed gaming facilities.
The Consent Agreement in regard to the Dec. 18, 2024, announcement that the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board had approved a consent agreement and a $25,000 fine against Evolution US, LLC. In addition, all correspondence between the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and Evolution US, LLC and its parent, Evolution AB, for the time period Oct. 1, 2024 to Dec. 31, 2024.
