Any approved Alternate Minimum Staffing Plans, waivers, variances, or written approvals submitted by or on behalf of Wind Creek Bethlehem and approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board that relate to table games staffing, including but not limited to: - Floorperson / table games floor supervisor staffing ratios - The maximum number of table games a floor supervisor may supervise - Any deviations from the standard staffing requirements set forth in 58 Pa. Code Chapter 465a - Any approval letters, determinations, or written decisions issued by the PGCB Executive Director or designee approving such alternate staffing plans for Wind Creek Bethlehem. This request is limited to final, approved records and does not seek drafts, internal deliberations, or explanatory opinions.
