Request 3: FanDuel Responsible Gaming Compliance and Self-Exclusion Records
● All responsible gaming compliance reports, annual filings, and self-exclusion program performance reports submitted by FanDuel to the PGCB, from January 1, 2019 to present.
● All PGCB compliance examinations, audits, or reviews of FanDuel’s self-exclusion enforcement, VIP host programs, or promotional practice compliance, from January 1, 2019 to present.
