Any written communication (including email and email attachments) between the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and Rush Street Interactive (RSI), Rush Street Gaming, or their licensed interactive gaming operator, dated between January 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025, that contains the term “SharkScope,” “Sharkscope,” or “shark scope.”
2. Any written communication (including email and email attachments) between the Board and the operator of the “SharkScope” service (Coastline Software / sharkscope.com) dated between January 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025.
3. A copy of the most recent certification or approval record issued by the Board’s Bureau of Gaming Laboratory Operations for the random number generator (RNG) used in the BetRivers/RSI interactive peer-to-peer poker system, including the name of the independent testing laboratory and the associated certification or file number.
