1. The list of individual video gaming terminals received and maintained by the Board reflecting the VGTs in operation at licensed VGT establishments. This list should include the following fields, to the extent present: establishment name and/or license number; terminal asset number and/or serial number; and manufacturer, model/cabinet, or game software identifier if present.
2. In the alternative or in addition, the master lists maintained pursuant to 58 Pa. Code § 1113a.3 for licensed VGT establishments, identifying each video gaming terminal by asset number and serial number, together with the establishment name. Terminal position/floor-layout details within the video gaming area may be redacted.
