1. Any report, memo, presentation, or study held by the Board that discusses delay or latency between live sporting events and the streaming or broadcast feed, and the effect on in-play (live) wagering integrity.
2. Any correspondence between the Board and any licensed sports wagering operator or integrity-monitoring vendor that raises streaming or broadcast latency as an issue.
3. Any Board rule, regulation, technical standard, or internal guidance section that addresses in-play wagering and event-timing or data-feed synchronization.
