Requested all versions of all "Terms of Service: and/or "Terms and Conditions" provided to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board by BetMGM, LLC over the two year period from May 17, 2021 to May 17, 2023. Including for all platforms and subsidiaries operated by BetMGM, LLC in Pennsylvania, including but not limited to Boragatonoline.com, BetMGM Pennsylvania Sportsbook, BetMGM.com Pennsylvania Online Gaming Services, and any other platform or subsidiary operated by BetMGM. Also requested all applications or requests made by BetMGM, LLC, and any of its platforms or subsidiaries, to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to modify its "Terms of Service" and "Terms and Conditions."
