Any documents or communications between the PGCB and any local law enforcement agency relating to local law enforcement grant applications from Jan. 1, 2020, to the present that are expressly subject to disclosure pursuant to Article V(c) of the PGCB Local Law Enforcement Grant Contract: Grantee understands that the Contract and records related to or arising out of the Contract are subject to the requests made pursuant to the RTKL.
