All records related to any application for a gaming license submitted in 2020 or 2021 by High 5 Games, LLC (?High5?) including, without limitation, any requests for information related to investors in High 5, all requests for further information from High 5, all correspondence related to missing or ?needed? information, and all determinations with respect to such applications; all correspondence including emails, letters and other documents which refer or relate to any investor in or officer of High 5 as relates to any licensing application submitted by or on behalf of High 5.
