#1. All of the Gaming Control Board’s (“GCB”) studies measuring the economic impact of “skill games” on the Pennsylvania gaming industry.

#2. The GCB’s responses to the most recent Audit by the Auditor General’s Office of the Gaming Control Board, and the steps that the Gaming Control Board took to comply with the recommendations contained in the Audit.

#3. The reporting documentation the Gaming Control Board requires licensees to file for the abandonment of children at casinos, racinos, and licensed gaming facilities.

#4. The aggregate amount of fines and penalties assessed against Mt. Airy Casino since it began operations. The amount of each fine and/or penalty, and the nature of each transgression.

#9. The number of individuals the Gaming Control Board has removed from the Involuntary Exclusion list from 2017 to 2023, who were also placed on the list because of child abandonment.
