1- Any incident reports, security logs, patron complaints, or investigation files maintained by or submitted to the PGCB concerning the December 4, 2021 Art of War 21 MMA event at Rivers Casino Philadelphia, including but not limited to reports involving: Fights or altercations, removal or ejection of patrons, security staffing or protocols, or allegations of over service of alcohol.
2- Any correspondence, notifications, or internal communications between the PGCB and Rivers Casino Philadelphia (or their representatives) from November 1, 2021 through January 15, 2022, concerning: The Art of War 21 MMA event held on December 4, 2021, any regulatory issues, violations, or incidents occurring that night (December 4, 2021), or the casino's surveillance system, surveillance retention, or footage preservation obligations for that date, December 4, 2021.
3- Any documentation of PGCB audits, inspections, or compliance checks conducted at Rivers Casino Philadelphia from October 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, specifically concerning: surveillance operations, security procedures, alcohol service protocols or violations, or vendor events or third-party promotions (such as Art of War Cage Fighting).
4- Any records concerning preservation, deletion, or spoliation of surveillance footage from Rivers Casino Philadelphia related to the December 4, 2021 event, including: footage retention schedules in effect at that time, any requests for footage made by the PGCB, or any notices of failure to retain or produce video recordings.
5- Any policies or procedures reviewed or enforced by the PGCB with respect to: special event security requirements, surveillance system operation, incident reporting obligations, and retention and production of surveillance video for vendor events or public gatherings at Rivers Casino Philadelphia.
