On April 30, 2018, PGCB issued a guidance letter regarding iGaming skins requirements and account requirements. These included the requirement for cert. holder reference in igaming URL. While issued regarding temp regs, the interpretation remains on point to final regs. Temp reg 818 became 817a (due to temps omitting section 816).
