On July 29, 2019, PGCB issued waivers to NetEnt relating to 58 Pa. Code § 601a.6(e) (relating to General Table Games Provisions; Minimum and Maximum wagers; Additional Wagering requirements; Payout Odds) and § 631a.13 (relating to Baccarat Payout Odds; Vigorish) to allow for the use of “for” being used for indicating the payout odds instead of “to” being used in this game.
