● All enforcement orders, consent agreements, civil penalty assessments, notices of violation, and formal investigation files involving DraftKings, Inc. or any affiliated entity holding a Pennsylvania interactive gaming or sports wagering license, from January 1, 2019 to present.
● All warning letters, notices of deficiency, and informal regulatory communications issued to DraftKings, from January 1, 2019 to present.

● All responsible gaming plans, representations, and conditions of licensure imposed on DraftKings, including any conditions addressing VIP practices, algorithmic targeting, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion standards.
● All PGCB staff analyses, hearing transcripts, and Board meeting minutes from DraftKings’ license review proceedings, including any discussion of prior regulatory violations in other jurisdictions.
● All financial disclosures, gross gaming revenue reports, tax remittance records, and skin or management agreement financial terms filed by DraftKings, from January 1, 2019 to present.
Request 3: DraftKings Responsible Gaming Compliance and Self-Exclusion Records
● All responsible gaming compliance reports, annual filings, and self-exclusion program performance reports submitted by DraftKings to the PGCB, from January 1, 2019 to present.
● All PGCB compliance examinations, audits, or reviews of DraftKings’ self-exclusion enforcement, VIP host programs, or promotional practice compliance, from January 1, 2019 to present.
Request 4: DraftKings Consumer Complaints and Communications
