Requested the following information for each month of 2023, set out/listed by and under the name of each individually licensed PA casino and set out/listed by each category of table game (e.g. blackjack craps, etc.) 

1. Total banking “bricks & mortar” table game revenue, and

2. Total banking “bricks & mortar” table game drop, and

3. Total banking “bricks & mortar” table game hold percentage, and

4. Total banking “bricks & mortar” table game promotional play used by customers.

Requested any records related to the 2001 case involving an alleged bingo fraud conspiracy involving Father Anthony Drouncheck, formerly of the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Berks County.

Requested to be sent a file that was available on the PGCB website.

Requested: 1. All inquiries that the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has received during the past three years from any Pennsylvania citizen or company, whether sent by email or postal mail, in any format, concerning the legality of and/or licensing requirements for any existing or proposed internet gaming site or mobile phone app. 

Requested any and all communications between representatives or employees of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and any member of the law firm Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky with an email domain name of "@smbb.com" concerning or related to the following case: Estate of Ashokkumar Patel v. Shree Umiya Hazelton, LLC, et al., Philadelphia CCP, No. 221101639.

Requested: 1. The Consent Agreement between the Board's Office of Enforcement Counsel and Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc. (For reference, this request concerns the Consent Decree described in the Notice of Board Review - Consent Agreement, dated October 5, 2023, on Docket # 11311-2023.)

2. The Renewal Application from Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc. referenced in the Consent Agreement in request 1.

Requested any documentation that proves that DraftKings is in compliance with Sections 809 and 810 of Title 58. Recreation Part VII. Gaming Control Board.  Please provide copies of any and all documents, including but not limited to: 

1. Correspondence, including emails and letters, between DraftKings and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regarding DraftKings' compliance with Sections 809 and 810 of Title 58.

Requested all documents and answers obtained in connection with license applications by Sportradar Solutions LLC d/b/a Sportradar, and any license renewals. Among others, these license applications may be related to Sports Wagering Gaming Service Provider certification and potential applications for Sports Wagering Manufacturer License or Interactive Gaming Manufacturer License with some initial license being initially granted on around December 16, 2020).
