In process Request came in the 1st quarter of reporting, however the PGCB's response isn't due until April.

All records, documents, and correspondence indicating the physical location (at least as to County) of PGCB employee Luke Rogers (iGaming Compliance Representative) at the time Luke Rogers received and read the email from Michael Levine dated October 15, 2021 including the defamatory statements regarding Tyler Brown including, but not limited to, Luke Rogers attendance record for October 2021, the office attendance policy for PGCB employees during October 2021.

Sartini Family Trust. All supplemental reports that include the background investigation of this applicant's listed Principals.
