HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (“Board”) approved five consent agreements today presented by the Board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel (“OEC”) during its public meeting resulting in a total of $73,075 in fines.

The approved consent agreements were the result of negotiations between OEC and these four license holders representing casinos, a Video Gaming Terminal (“VGT”) establishment and a Slot machine Manufacturer:

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board posted reports today on its website that show that the combined total revenue in August 2021 generated from all forms of gaming regulated by the Board along with fantasy contests was $408,092,073.  That represents a increase of over 31% over total revenue in August 2020 of $310,717,728.

HARRISBURG: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today unanimously voted to renew the Category 1 Racetrack Casino operator’s license of Harrah’s Chester Downs and Marina, LLC, operator of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack in Delaware County.

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported today that the combined total revenue generated from all forms of gaming along with fantasy contests during January 2023 was $464,488,191 an increase of 18.15% compared to revenue generated in January 2022.

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (“Board”) approved three consent agreements today presented by the Board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel (“OEC”) during its public meeting regarding violations that occurred at casinos. Total fines levied were $67,500.

HARRISBURG: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2023 to take public comment on the renewal of the Category 1 Slot Machine Operator License for Downs Racing, LP, operator of Mohegan Pennsylvania in Luzerne County. The hearing will begin at 10:30 a.m. and be held at the:
