The entire investigation/case file with regard to the investigation and consent agreement between the OEC and Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association imposing a fine of $75,000 on Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association for their conduct as it related to an intoxicated person incident at Hollywood Casino on or about August 4, 2016. The Consent Agreement surrounding the incident was approved by the PGCB on or about December 13, 2017. Also requested any and all documents, videos, photographs, and/or audio recordings pertaining to said investigation.
