Among others, these license applications may be related to Sports Wagering Gaming Service Provider certification and potential applications for Sports Wagering Manufacturer License or Interactive Gaming Manufacturer License with some initial license being initially granted on around December 16, 2020).

2. All communications between PGCB (including, but not limited to, Kevin O'Toole, Peter Cook and Chad Zimmerman) and any lawyer at the Office of Attorney General regarding skill games.

3. All communications between PGCB (including, but not limited to, Kevin O'Toole, Steve Cook and Chad Zimmerman) and any lawyer at Ballard Spahr regarding skill games.

Requested any "table game" rule submissions or rule change submissions to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board from MOUNT AIRY #1, LLC d/b/a/ MOUNT AIRY CASINO RESORT from 2017 to present.

1. From January 1, 2020, to present, copies of any correspondence sent between/to/from the Gaming Control Board and any employee at Penn Entertainment Inc., or their legal counsel/representative, regardless of subject;

2. From January 1, 2020, to present, copies of any complaints sent to the Gaming Control Board about Penn Entertainment Inc.; and
