A written response explaining why I have been denied this information and whether an actual investigation took place. Clarification on PGCB’s policies regarding the involvement of casino employees in active table games and whether Rivers Casino’s actions violated any regulations.

All emails and email attachments – between January 1, 2023 and the date this request is completed – sent to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board from the following senders: “Integrity Compliance 360” (also known as “IC360”), “Sportradar”, and “IBIA”. 

All emails, memos, and any other communications from Integrity Compliance 360 (also known as “IC360” and “US Integrity”), Sportradar, and any other companies that flag suspicious betting activity involving professional and college sporting events and athletes between January 1, 2023 and the date this request is completed. I’m specifically seeking any and all messages from those entities that include information about sports betting activity. 

Any and all complaints received by the Board between Jan. 1, 2020, and today, Feb. 3, 2025, concerning the following online sports book businesses: DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Fanatics, Caesars, bet365 and BetOnline.

Copies of any and all complaints and reports regarding any instances of security violations at Rivers Casino Philadelphia, addressed as 1001 North Delaware Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125 during the time period of January 1, 2017, through August 31, 2022.
