Filed a complaint to the board of gaming in April 2026 regarding a wager made with BET365 sports book involving a 9 game NBA parlay at a 1k stake where the cash out feature was unavailable for over 2 hours where 160k was at stake and ticket was performing extremely well after two cash out offers were already made and not accepted. Also one of the games on the ticket was marked as a loss incorrectly during the active ticket which probably contributed to being unable to cash out the expected value of the ticket at its highest point over 100k statistically.
