Assistant Enforcement Counsel 1 serves as counsel with the Office of Enforcement Counsel (OEC).  A wide variety of legal work is performed, which includes, but is not limited to, reviewing regulatory investigative reports and making recommendations to supervising counsel relating to the initiation of regulatory enforcement proceedings. 

The iGaming Compliance Representative is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, verifying, and reporting on iGaming programs/applications, software, platforms, and system architecture to ensure compliance with law, rules, regulations, and internal controls enforced by PGCB. 

This is non-supervisory professional legal work. The Assistant Chief Counsel is responsible for performing legal work at the full professional performance level. A wide variety of legal work is performed, but there will be a strong focus on procurement and related contracting work.
