On March 25, 2024, PGCB granted Playtech a waiver to offer Commission-Free style baccarat games with an increased payout f 20 to 1 with the Lucky Six side wager with the Banker 3 card hand of 6.

On June 24, 2024, PGCB advised Playtech that it would not be approving a ball draw style game, as it is too close to lottery.

On Feb. 2, 2024 PGCB issued a waiver to PID regarding the progressive paytable under DJ Wild Stud Poker to allow the payout odds to be applied as for 1 odds rather than to 1 odds.

On December 12, 2023, PGCB issued a waiver to Presque Isle Downs regarding 687a.11(f)(3), which outlines winning/losing hands in the Two-Way Bad Beats Bonus Wager. PGCB authorized PID to operate the wager as a two-way bad beats wager even though present reg language reflected traditional (mone-way) bad beats wager.

On September 13, 2022, PGCB issued a waiver regarding 649a.12(h) for the Three Card Poker Five-Card Progressive Payout, permitting three new paytables to be consistent with other approved table games, allowing the progressive wager to be linked with those other games.
