On October 13, 2023, PGCB issued a letter advising Galaxy PGCB denied the request for paytables with a built in dealer envy payment. Further, PGCB advised that they could offer the Three Card Poker wager under the 21+3 name so long as it was played consistent with the Board's regs.

On June 13, 2023, PGCB issued a waiver to allow for Harmony Progressice (631b.10) to be offered as a Midibaccarat side wager/variation in the interim of Harmony Progressive being added to 629b.
