On March 18, 2025 PGCB athorized Boom to offer an 8 Card Charlie on Blackjack games
On February 12, 2024, PGCB issued a waiver to allow Boom to use a non-conforming (increased) paytable for the Three Card Poker (21+3) side wager
On June 11, 2024, PGCB granted Boom authorization to offer Lightning Roulette with a Double Zero wheel.
On April 25, 2024, PGCB authorized AGS to offer Casino War with additional tie wager payout odds of 11 to 1 and 12 to 1.
On July 24, 2024 PGCB granted a waiver for additional paytables for Bet the set 21 and Three Card Poker blackjack side wagers. PGCB denied a waiver for the Match the Dealer wager to use the down card. Denial does not prohibit seeking to have regs adopted.
