On October 24, 2022, PGCB issued a waiver regarding 633a.13(k) for the 21+3 side wager (aka three card poker side wager) to have a modified paytable; a waiver regarding 633b.1 to allow a Perfect Pairs wager to also be placed on the dealer's hand; and a waiver regarding 633b.13 to allow a modified Buster Blackjack paytable

On April 15, 2022, PGCB issued a waiver regarding 655a.12(b), permitting a aggregate payout limit for the payouts listed in subsection (a) of $250,000.

On 6/8/2026 PGCB denied Playtech's waiver request relating to a cashout blackjack feature. Playtech's request attempted to circumvent table games review and therefore was procedurally improper.
