On February 13, 2023, PGCB issued a waiver regarding the Three and Five Card Progressive Payout Wagers to allow these progressives to survive an Ante Wager Forfeit. The Three and Five Card Progressive Wagers shall now be treated consistent with the 5 of 6 progressive wager under 649a.11(b)(3).

PGCB denied a request to remove the TriLux Press/Cap to allow LNW's product to become compliant.

On 6/18/2024, PGCB granted LNW waivers to offer TriLux Bonus Wager (a TriLux Deluxe side wager) with modified paytables. Additionally, PGCB authorized TriLux Super 3 wager (Top 3 side wager) with a modified paytable, and requiring TriLux wager as the required base wager.

On February 12, 2024, PGCB extended waivers relating to DJ Wild Stud Poker to Live! Pittsburgh. The Two-Way Bad Beats under 687a.11(f)(3) can be offered as two way while reg. revisions proceed. Secon, the Progressive paytables under 687a.12(c) can be offered with x for 1 odds rather than x to 1 in the reg language.

On January 5, 2023, PGCB issued a waiver regarding 619a.1(a), 619a.1(b), and 619a.1(g)(2)(i) to allow Interblock to offer variations on symbols, symbol quantity and placement, and payout odds than otherwise provided in regs for Big 6 Wheel; Additionally, PGCB issued a waiver regarding 619a.3 to allow Interblock to offer a different paytable than otherwise provied in regs for Big 6 Wheel.

On June 22, 2023, PGCB advised IGT that its Kirin side wager could be implemented so long as it complied with the rules and pay out odds of the Panda 8 wager--fundamentally the same wager; Phoenix side wager could be implemented so long as it complied with the rules and pay out odds of the Dragon 7 wager--fundamentally the same wager

On August 17, 2023, PGCB granted IGT a waiver relative to commission-free baccarat; specifically, "Dynasty Baccarat shall disregard the provisions of 58 Pa Code § 631b.5(i) in favor of: A winning wager made on the Banker’s Hand shall be paid at odds of 1 to 1, except if the Banker’s Hand wins with a hand consisting of three cards with a Point Count of 7, then the wager on the Banker’s Hand shall be returned."
