2. All records related to Zero Stop, LLC’s (and any member, officer, employee, or agent thereof) provision of any testimony, analysis, service or consulting of any kind with respect to and provided pursuant to a PGCB Local Law Enforcement Grant to the Fayette County District Attorney’s Office.

#1. All of the Gaming Control Board’s (“GCB”) studies measuring the economic impact of “skill games” on the Pennsylvania gaming industry.

#2. The GCB’s responses to the most recent Audit by the Auditor General’s Office of the Gaming Control Board, and the steps that the Gaming Control Board took to comply with the recommendations contained in the Audit.

#3. The reporting documentation the Gaming Control Board requires licensees to file for the abandonment of children at casinos, racinos, and licensed gaming facilities.
