HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today reported for the first-time combined fiscal year revenue figures that include sports wagering and fantasy sports contests under the expanded Gaming Act.

The combined gross revenue includes slot machine, table games and sports wagering at the 12 Commonwealth casinos along with fantasy sports contests.

Gaming Control Board to Hold Category 4 Satellite Casino Auction on September 4th

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Boardtoday announced that it will hold an auction for the right to apply for a Category 4 casino license.

The announcement was made following the ratification by the Board at its public meeting to re-implement the auction process that ended in April of 2018.

Pennsylvania Slot Machine Revenue Increases in 2018/2019 Fiscal Year

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today reported that slot machine revenue increased 1.1% during the recently completed 2018/2019 state fiscal year compared to the previous fiscal year.

The findings were part of a report posted on the Board’s web site that provides monthly revenue figures for all 12 Commonwealth casinos.

Pennsylvania Fantasy Contests Revenue Up 35% in May

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today posted on its web site May’s Fantasy Contest Report which shows fantasy contests revenue of $1,803,056 for May 2019, an increase of 35.39% over May of last year when fantasy contests revenue was first tracked and taxed in the Commonwealth.

Tax revenue collect from the play of fantasy contest for May was $270,458.

HARRISBURG, PA: Figures released and posted today by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board on its web site, https://gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov   show that table games revenue for May 2019 was $76,559,198, an increase of 2.2% over May of last year when revenue was $74,908,874.
