HARRISBURG, PA:   The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today approved a fine of $13,000 against Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, operator of Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County, for two occurrences in which personnel failed to follow regulations related to the proper play of table games.

HARRISBURG, PA:  The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today released its 8^th Annual Diversity Report providing a description of each casino’s activities related to the implementation of their diversity plans and the action taken by the entities to achieve the Commonwealth’s goal of enhanced representation of diverse groups in the gaming industry.

HARRISBURG, PA:  Gross revenue from gambling at table games in Pennsylvania casinos during August was nearly 5% higher than last year, according to figures released today by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

HARRISBURG, PA: The gross revenue from the play of slot machines in August of this year fell by $7 million from August 2014 revenue, according to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

The monthly slot revenue report, posted on the Board’s web site www.gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov, shows that August gross revenue from slot machine play was $203,026,163, an amount 3.32% lower than the $210,006,849 in revenue generated in August 2014.

HARRISBURG, PA:   The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today approved fines totaling $72,500 against three casino operators for various violations.
