I received a Rivers Casino Philadelphia Lost Ticket Claim Form from Raomel Morrison.

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and Rivers Casino Philadelphia are both owned by Rush Street Gaming, LLC however Rivers Casino Pittsburgh doesn't have or supply its customers with a Lost Ticket Claim Form to the patron’s knowledge.

The requestor would like to know rather or not the Lost Ticket Claim Form is valid at Rivers Casino Philadelphia?
