For the period January 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024, monthly bank statements for the Parx Casino bank account where daily gross terminal revenue is deposited by Parx, as required under 4 Pa.C.S. sec. 1403(b), before Parx transfers the daily tax and local share assessment to the Commonwealth

From Jan. 31, 2024 forward, all documents related to or mentioning Fremin et al., v. Boyd Racing, LLC, et al., Docket No. C-725, 007 Div 26, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge (Feb. 27, 2024 Ruling attached).

Any Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) Establishment License applications or other gaming license applications filed within the last three (3) years relating to the property at 1453 South Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA 19465, North Coventry Township, Chester County.

Any complaints or reports filed with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regarding online gaming companies' VIP programs, high-value customers programs and/or hosts employed to serve customers in a company's VIP or customer rewards program between January 1, 2019, and April 30, 2024.

1. Any grant application filed by any law enforcement agency in Allegheny County during the relevant timeframe.

2. Any grant application filed by any law enforcement agency in Berks County during the relevant timeframe.

3. Any grant application filed by any law enforcement agency in Cumberland County during the relevant timeframe.

4. Any grant application filed by any law enforcement agency in Delaware County during the relevant timeframe.

1. A copy of all documents governing the acquisition of Louis deNaples' 100% ownership interest in the Mount Airy Casino by the Grantor Trust - II of Lisa A. DeNaples on September 30, 2009, including but not limited to, any debt-instrument(s) (e.g. Note) related to subject transactions;

From Jan. 1, 2021 forward:

1. All communications with Zero Stop, LLC (and any member, officer, employee, or agent thereof).

2. All records related to Zero Stop, LLC’s (and any member, officer, employee, or agent thereof) provision of any testimony, analysis, service or consulting of any kind with respect to and provided pursuant to a PGCB Local Law Enforcement Grant to the Fayette County District Attorney’s Office.

#1. All of the Gaming Control Board’s (“GCB”) studies measuring the economic impact of “skill games” on the Pennsylvania gaming industry.

#2. The GCB’s responses to the most recent Audit by the Auditor General’s Office of the Gaming Control Board, and the steps that the Gaming Control Board took to comply with the recommendations contained in the Audit.

#3. The reporting documentation the Gaming Control Board requires licensees to file for the abandonment of children at casinos, racinos, and licensed gaming facilities.
